Experience colonial history at the Karen Blixen Museum

ACTIVITY 1: KAREN BLIXEN

Our driver Guide will pick you from your Hotel and drive to Karen Blixen famous by the hit movie “Out of Africa” We’ll start our tour visiting this expansive farmhouse and grounds where Karen Blixen established a coffee plantation and spent time with her lover, the English hunter, Denys Finch-Hatton. 

ACTIVITY 2: DAVID SHELDRICK 

We later leave for David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage where you’ll be able to feed and see them play. This Baby Elephants have been rescued from all over Kenya and brought to be taken care later released to the parks when they grow. 

ACTIVITY 3: GIRAFFE CENTER

This only place you will ever come close to the giraffe to feed and kiss them. The Centre is a refuge for the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. Here we’ll learn about this beautiful species at the special Information Centre. Lunch will be at Galleria Mall located overlooking the Nairobi National Park and The Bomas of Kenya.

ACTIVITY 4: BOMAS OF KENYA

It’s time to experience the rich diversity of Kenyan traditional music and dance in our daily cultural performances. Consisting of over 50 dances from different ethnic communities with live percussion, string and wind instruments, and diverse, authentic and energetic dancing, Bomas Harambee Dancers will take you on a journey through Kenya’s past and present.

Around 6pm we will start our journey back to your Hotel or Airport.
